Show who is behind your company.
People who define your work. Images that convey your message. I’ll work with you to develop the right visual concept and photograph your company’s image—personally, thoughtfully, and with an eye for the big picture.
For the self-employed, owner-managed businesses, and small and medium-sized enterprises.

People make the difference. Even on your website.
Let's figure out together what works best
First, the message. Then the image.
Maybe you're planning a new website. You want to attract employees or finally have photos that reflect your company. You already have a few ideas, but no concrete plan yet. That's a good start.
I’m interested in what your images are meant to convey. Who are you trying to reach? What do you want people to understand about you? I listen, ask questions, and sometimes even challenge a specific image request. Together, we’ll develop a concept that fits you, your team, and the intended uses.
I enjoy speaking directly with you as the owner or decision-maker. I’m just as happy to involve your marketing department or external agency. Direct communication, open dialogue, and room for good ideas: that’s how I prefer to work.

What We Can Make Visible
The people behind the name.
Employee profiles, executive leadership, and teams: a cohesive presentation that still allows each individual to stand out. For your company website, professional profiles, and communications.
Work that makes sense.
People at work, processes, and workspaces. Photos that show what your workplace looks like and what you do. This gives customers and job applicants a concrete impression of your company.
An employer with a human touch.
To support your employer branding, we’ll develop a visual style that reflects your company and the people who work there—a cohesive series for your careers page, job postings, and other applications.

Developed together, brought together in the company's brand identity.
An example: Fuhrmann
A series. A shared idea.
At Fuhrmann, we worked together to develop a large part of the employer branding series before the photo shoot. The goal was to create a consistent look and visual language that would work across all the individual images. This preparation gives the series its cohesion while still leaving room for new ideas during the shoot.
From Real-World Experience
My photos. At my clients' locations.
Here you can see my photographs in the contexts where they are used: on company and career pages, in professional profiles, and in press articles. Different projects, different visual styles.

Here's how we get your photos
Well prepared. Decided together.
We talk before I take the picture.
It usually starts with a phone call. For businesses nearby, I’m happy to stop by in advance; depending on the project, we’ll discuss everything during a joint briefing or at my studio. We clarify the subject matter, purpose, locations, and workflow—and, if necessary, makeup, equipment, or safety requirements. Only once the scope is clear will you receive a tailored quote.
Let your team settle in first.
Not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera. I’ll explain the process, offer guidance, and take as much time as each person needs. If you watch a short video beforehand, you’ll have a better idea of what to expect. We’ll coordinate the schedule so that the photo session fits seamlessly into your workday.
You'll see right away if it's a good fit.
The photos appear on the computer as we take them. We review them together, adjusting the composition, lighting, or details as needed, and usually make our selection right there on the spot. That’s why a decision-maker is present, especially during the first session. This saves time on later coordination and gives you peace of mind while we still have the opportunity to make changes.
From Much to you
At Home in the Region. Right in Your Community.
My studio is in Much. For corporate photography, I work throughout the greater Cologne and Bonn areas, in the Rhein-Sieg district, and in the Bergisches Land region—including Bergisch Gladbach, the Rheinisch-Bergisch district, and Gummersbach. Whether you’re a law firm, a craft business, a medical practice, or a manufacturing company: what matters is your project, not your industry.
For larger teams, scheduling a session at your company is often the easiest option: No one has to travel there individually, and we can incorporate your work environment and processes. For individual portraits or to add to the collection later, employees are also welcome to come to my studio. We’ll choose the option that works best for you.
Other Information You Might Find Useful
Will you come to our office to take employee photos?
Yes. I take photos both at your company and at my studio in Much. If you have several employees, an on-site session saves on travel time and work hours. During the preliminary consultation, we’ll discuss the space, background, and the best workflow.
We're not quite sure yet what kind of pictures we need. Can you help?
Sure. We'll discuss who you want to reach, what the photos will be used for, and what message is important. Based on that, we'll work together to develop concepts and a suitable visual style. You don't need to come prepared with a finished photo concept.
Do you also work with our agency or marketing department?
Yes. Depending on the project, this may include joint briefings and coordination with the marketing team or an agency. It’s important that we clarify the visual concept together and that someone who can evaluate the photos and make decisions is present during the photo shoot.
Can new employees be photographed later in a style that matches the series?
Yes, new employees can be photographed at my studio at a later date to complement the existing photo series. It’s best to schedule these follow-up sessions when planning the first series.
How much does corporate photography cost?
That depends on what kind of images you need, how we’ll create them, and what you plan to use them for. After our discussion and once we’ve clarified the scope of the project, you’ll receive a customized quote. Concept development is usually included in the quote; for larger projects, it may be billed separately.
When will we select the photos?
Usually during the session itself. The images are viewable directly on the computer, so we can select them together and make immediate adjustments if needed. I’ll also help you choose the right shots and determine how best to use them.
It all starts with a conversation
What would you like to show about yourself?
Tell me about your company and what you need the images for. A rough idea is enough. Together, we'll figure out what makes sense and how to go about it.
